You can enjoy a form of media and still hate a character. Tower of God is my favorite piece of fiction, yet there are characters I detest wholeheartedly and they’re not all antagonists either. I find Inoue annoying, therefore I hate her, that’s my reason for hating her. I would much rather hate a fictional character than a person in real life. The definition of hate is ‘intensely dislike,’ I intensely dislike Inoue’s character. How can my opinion on something surreal trigger you so, it’s really not that deep. It’s coming across as if I have hurt you personally, are you sure you are not Ichigo on a burner account? I also didn’t say Inoue was made to be hated, I said some characters are. Elizabeth from 7DS is made to be liked, just like Inoue but many people hate her. The way characters are perceived is subjective to each individual person. The way an author portrays a character may not always be how the audience is going to perceive the character, just like how we both have our different opinions on Inoue’s character.

Yes i’m good, thanks for asking. I watched Bleach a few months so the hate for Inoue is slightly fading a little bit, but every episode when all I would hear is “Kurosaki-kun,” especially during the Arrancar arc, she became an unbearable character TO ME. I never once described hate as simply just being annoying, please tell me where I stated that. You somehow keep trying to change my words to support your argument. I said I find her annoying therefore I hate her, you must’ve misinterpreted. My reason for hating her is her being excessively annoying; TO ME anyway. I already stated that the definition of ‘hate’ is intense dislike, I never said the definition of hate is annoyance towards someone. Supporting someone who has a similar opinion on a fictional character isn’t toxic, getting offended by someone else’s opinion on a fictional character is toxic. You could have easily replied to my comment saying that you personally love Inoue as a character and we could have agreed to disagree but instead you must’ve felt hurt in someway and proceeded to call me stupid and then follow that with a preposterous statement.
